The project 'Survey of nursing staff in the district of Bautzen' aims at supporting the Landratsamt Bautzen in improving the services offered by the district for senior citizens, in order to eventually make the framework conditions for the care of older people and people in need of help more suitable to their need.

On the basis of regional nursing dialogs conducted by the district, the Chair is developing an online survey for this purpose, which will allow a more precise recording of the insights and findings of the nursing dialogs and provide a more solid data basis.

For this purpose, all nursing actors in the district of Bautzen will be contacted in order to give them the opportunity to express their perceptions and perspectives on problems within the framework of this survey.

The survey was initially planned for the spring in 2020, due to the Covid19 pandemic, the survey will now be conducted in 3rd quarter of 2022.

The project complements the citizen survey on the living situation and social support in the district of Bautzen conducted in 2018/19, which had asked for the opinions and perceptions of the citizens on the contents of the care coordination of the district of Bautzen. The new project adds the views of those involved in care.
