Erasmus+

An ERASMUS stay is possible from the third semester onwards. In order to decide on a period, we recommend consulting one of the Erasmus Coordinators, Prof. Karl-Siegbert Rehberg or Dr. Andreas Höntsch, and one of the Academic Advisors.

Important deadlines at a glance

November - December	Attendance at an ERASMUS information event Selection of the host university & preparation of the application documents
January - end of February	Submission of the application documents to the Institute Application for Auslandsbafög/travel grants for scholarship holders of foundations, if applicable
March - April	Registration at the host university depending on the deadlines for beginning studies in the winter semester
June - July	Intercultural preparation Application for a semester of absence, if applicable Check of the insurance coverage abroad
August - September	Preparing for the stay abroad Search for a flat-sharing opportunity in order to strengthen contact with locals, or accommodation service through the host university
