Funding opportunities for doctoral students

For doctoral students, there are scholarship opportunities for stays abroad too.

One-Year Grant for graduates offered by the DAAD

• payment of the grant in monthly installments
• travel subsidies
• subsidy for tuition fees may be possible
• no age limit

Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctorates (EMJDs)

• writing the doctoral thesis at selected universities
• support through monthly scholarship amount
• funding period up to 3 years possible
