The Chair introduces itself

The research and teachings of the Chair of Political Science with a focus on International Politics is concentrated on the following topics: international institutions and organizations, international conflict regulation, peace and conflict research, foreign policy analysis, international human rights policy, global social policy (in particular health policy), non-state actors and horizontal cooperation in international politics. Prof. Dr. Anna Holzscheiter has held the role of Chair since May 1st, 2019.

Holder of the Chair

Prof. Dr. Anna Holzscheiter holds the Chair of Political Science with a focus on International Politics. Together with her team, she offers a wide range of courses on international institutions, interdisciplinary debates and theories of international cooperation. Her research focuses, among others, on global health governance and the impact and change of international organisations.
