Annual events
Once a year, we hold a major event at Joddid
These events serve various purposes, e.g. networking, making individual projects visible or obtaining feedback. On the following pages you will find short documentations of our annual events. We hope they capture the special charm that the events have for us.
2021
2021 The Joddid celebrates its birthday - one year of the John Dewey Research Center for the Didactics of Democracy
At first we thought we were really celebrating as a children's birthday party with pot banging and everything, but when it became clear that the Miniterin and Rektoin were coming, we made it a bit more serious, but just see for yourself
2022
2022 The Joddid in a feedback storm - or what they wanted to tell us for a long time
The Joddid's second annual event was dedicated to the topic of feedback. After a little over a year of work, it was important for us to hear what our work is getting out there and what is perhaps not. We therefore invited many guests to come along and give us some feedback. To record the whole thing, we made a little video documentation and anyone interested in our feedback is welcome to watch it afterwards.
2023
2023 Simply well done. Joddid celebrates the launch of its project platform Einfach gut gemacht
This year, we've got a lot going on. As part of our annual event, we are launching our Einfach gut gemacht project with its own web platform and 15 project clips to date, with which we are making exemplary political education in the federal state of Saxony visible. There is a lot to look at
2024
In 2024, we held our annual event together with the Deutsches Hygiene-Museum (DHMD) and the Federal Agency for Civic Education (bpb) under the heading Museums as active places of democracy. It was a really big deal. Lots of people came and great topics were discussed.
