New report on the GPJE main conference
We were at the Early Career Researcher Conference and the main conference of the Society for Political Didactics and Political Youth and Adult Education (GPJE for short) on the topic of **"Emotions and Political Education "** at the University of Hildesheim!
This was the best opportunity for us to try out our new format for the second time - the JoDDiD mini-reports. The idea behind this is to take you along to a wide variety of events in different situations so that you can gain an insight into the practice and science of political education.
We visited the GPJE main conference 2023 in Hildesheim, which dealt with the topic of "Emotions and political education", a highly topical and central issue for political education.
What is the GPJE? What happens there? How does scientific exchange work at such a conference? Who do we meet there and what do they have to tell us? What are our impressions? We will try to make this clear to you by taking you with us to Hildesheim via the mini-reportage.
We had the wonderful opportunity to talk to so many people, although unfortunately not all of the participants. You can see who you can hear in our episode (in chronological **speaker order**) here:
