Transfer

In spring 2019, the first workshop for municipal managers on the topic of “Citizen participation in the municipality and region“ took place together with the Saxon Municipal Study Institute Dresden (SKSD).

Since 2019 our project - under the leadership of Aktion Zivilcourage e.V. - organized several extensive moderator trainings for critical situations. Active citizens and representatives from Saxon municipalities are taking part. This will provide us with a team of certified experts who can be included in societal conflict situations and citizen dialogues all over Saxony. In spring of 2022 the fifth group starts training.

As a further way of transferring knowledge, we present our findings at regional, national and international conferences and network with colleagues. Here are some examples:
