Exams and Requirements

This page contains the official formal requirements of the Chair of English Literature (as of October, 2017). Please study these documents carefully before you give a presentation and hand in written work respectively.
Your work will be assessed on the basis of these criteria!


Unless indicated otherwise, these hints apply to all types of English Literature classes. Your teacher will inform you in class whether you are expect to deliver an essay, a reading journal, or a presentation.

Please take note of the faculty's official policy on plagiarism.

Please note that you can submit term papers either in English or in German.
