University of Tübingen
The University of Tübingen provides medieval studies learning modules for students on its ILIAS learning platform. Here you will find the virtual information manual Vademecum, which contains information on academic work.
The Middle High German grammar learning module offers extensive practice opportunities for learning Middle High German grammar. Among other things, you can practise the pronunciation of Middle High German words using audio examples and then check what you have learned in a self-test.
In the Middle High German metrics learning module, on the other hand, you will find information on the metrization of Middle High German rhyming couplets.
University of Mainz
The Gutenberg Teaching College at the University of Mainz has developed an online course "Mittelhochdeutsch aktiv", which is available on its teaching platform ILIAS.
This innovative electronic Middle High German course applies findings and methods of foreign language didactics to the learning of older language levels and focuses entirely on the active development of a literary vocabulary and its use.
The materials developed in this project can be used in a variety of ways as a basis or supplement for classroom teaching as well as for self-study.
