- Information sheet for pre-registration for the oral examination in German -

For your examination planning, please note the following modalities for pre-registration for the examination in German, which apply from the spring 2017 examination period.

• Please register for the examinations in person with your examiners during office hours by March 15 (fall examination period) or September 15 (spring examination period). Please note the Chair-specific registration modalities on the Chair homepages (form or similar, if applicable). You can print out the ÄDL registration form here. REGISTRATION FORM
• The Institute of German Studies then reports the assignment of the examination candidates to the examiners to the Sächsische Bildungsagentur Dresden.
• The Sächsische Bildungsagentur Dresden will then make the concrete scheduling. Provided that partial examinations are taken, the subject examinations take place in the first week and the subject didactics examinations in the second week of the respective examination period.
• Anyone who has not registered with the examiners by the above-mentioned deadline will be assigned an examiner by the Saxon Education Agency Dresden.

The modalities of pre-registration mentioned here serve the purpose of the Institute's or professorship's internal pre-planning. According to LAPO I of 2012, there is no entitlement to a preferred examiner.
