Redesign of the registration for the block internship B in German

Dear students,

the supervision of the Blockpraktikum B and the corresponding examination in German is organized via an OPAL group. In order to participate in the OPAL group, you must provide proof of the requirements for the BPB (passed introductions to literature and language didactics and passed or ongoing SPÜ).

Students who would like to take part in the internship should therefore consider the following steps:

• Registration and documentation of the prerequisites in OPAL at the registration period before the start of the semester:
  • Registration with OPAL in March for the internship in the fall of the same year
  • Registration with OPAL in September for the internship in the spring of the following year

02 After successful verification of your certificates, you will receive an invitation to the introductory event, in which the requirements for the internship and the examination performance as well as the form of supervision will be presented.

03. registration in the Internship Portal Saxony: You can then register and submit your desired work placement during the registration period in the Internship Portal.

04 Registration for the examination: You will then register for the examination in the first registration cycle of the semester immediately following your internship.

Subject-specific didactic supervision is essential for the successful completion of the internship and the examination. We cannot guarantee supervision for students who do not meet the above requirements and/or have not registered via the OPAL course by the deadline.
