The Center France | Francophonie promotes exchange between TU Dresden stakeholders and partners in France and the French-speaking countries in the scientific and cultural fields. It networks existing and supports new activities in the three central areas of research, teaching and third mission.
In addition to interdisciplinary networking on a national and international level, the Center initiates its own long-term research fields and designs creative event formats.
The Center France | Francophonie thus sees itself as a place for German-French and German-Francophone academic and cultural exchange and as a contact point for international cooperation.

The course is designed to give students access to non-European cultures and prepare them for a job market in which region-specific additional qualifications are becoming increasingly important.
