Teacher Training Degree Programmes

The Institute of Slavistic Studies offers the following teacher training degree programmes for the subject Russian:
- teacher training for secondary schools (Mittelschule),
- teacher training for grammer schools (Gymnasium),
- teacher training for vocational training schools (Berufsbildende Schulen).
On the platform SINS (Study Information System) you can inform yourself about the application procedures.
Study contents
The teacher training programme leads to a competent command of the Russian language at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. You will acquire knowledge of Russian linguistics, literature and cultural studies, including Russian didactics. On this basis you will learn to prepare and communicate the Russian language as well as the Russian literatures and cultures. You will apply your knowledge in school internships.

Bachelor and Master of Education (dis-continued)
We continue to train students in teacher training related Bachelor's and Master's programmes in Russian, Polish and Czech. However, enrolment in the 1st semester of the Bachelor's programme is no longer possible.
