CRES-Network

The project "CRES-Network (Climate Change Resilient Natural Resource Management Network)" starts at TU Dresden. The project, which is funded by the DAAD as part of the German-Ukrainian University Networks (2025-2029) program, is coordinated by BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg and the Center for Central and Eastern European Studies and is carried out in close cooperation with the Ukrainian partner universities.

The aim of the network is to strengthen cooperation between German and Ukrainian universities in the field of climate change and sustainable resource management. Together with BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg and several Ukrainian partner universities, teaching and research formats are being developed on topics such as environmental planning, land use, wetlands and social resilience.
