Alumni
During their studies, most students long for an end to overcrowded auditoriums, waiting lists for seminars, giving oral presentations and taking exams. Once the day of the degree certificate has come, you may already think back almost wistfully. Graduating means saying goodbye to university live, to friends, or even Dresden. But it does not necessarily mean saying goodbye to TU Dresden: The alumni network of TU Dresden offers numerous possibilities for you to stay in touch with former students and your University. It keeps you up-to-date about the University and its Faculties and organises events such as alumni meetings or the annual graduation ball. Furthermore, there are numerous offers especially for alumni offered by the central Alumni Relations Office, as well as the alumni associations of the different faculties. You find more information and the application for the alumni newsletter on the homepage of the Alumni Relations Office.
Regional Ambassadors
These Alumni are graduates of TU Dresden who offer worldwide support and advice. As first contacts in their homelands, they facilitate arriving in another country. Contacts can be made in Germany as well, e.g. while looking for a placement – one fourth of the regional ambassadors are Germans.
Courious who the regional ambassadors are? Some of them can be seen on the TU Dresden TV channel on YouTube. further information
