Deadline mailbox
You will find the deadline mailbox between the Tillich and Hülsse buildings (see map). The mailbox is generally emptied between 6:30 am and 7:00 am on working days. Mail below the flap will be stamped with the last working day's postmark and anything above the flap will be stamped with the current date.
Teacher training students
All Bachelor's and Master's teacher training students are supervised by the Academic Affairs Office at the ZLSB.
Notes on contacting us by e-mail
All students receive a TU Dresden e-mail address (@mailbox.tu-dresden.de) from the ZIH when they enrol. Please ensure that you check this mailbox regularly or, alternatively, that it is automatically forwarded to your private e-mail address. Please note that for security reasons we will no longer reply to students' private addresses from 01.10.2014 and will no longer actively use them.
Information on data processing
Reference to the EU General Data Protection Regulation on the processing of student data at TU Dresden in the Academic Offices/Examination Offices:
The Academic Affairs Office of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences processes personal data of TU Dresden students on the basis of Section 14 (1) of the Sächs-HSFG in conjunction with the provisions of the SächsHS-PersDatVO for the purposes specified in the aforementioned regulation.
If the data processing is not determined by law and the data to be processed is necessary to fulfill the purposes according to § 14 para. 1 of the SächsHSFG, this processing is only carried out in individual cases with the express consent of the persons concerned. Voluntary consent is always assumed when unsolicited enquiries/applications or documents are sent to us by email or post.
