If you fall ill for an examination, please send the completed original certificate of incapacity for examination form by post to the following address:

Alternatively, you can drop the form in the mailbox opposite the Examination Office door.

Other certificates ("yellow certificates" or "pink certificates") will not be accepted.

To meet the deadline, please inform us immediately by e-mail that you were ill and send us the documents.
