Our field of activity includes, among other things, the accompaniment of appointment and recruitment processes, advisory services for employees and students in all questions of gender equality and equal opportunities, as well as cooperation with other actors in gender equality work inside and outside the TU Dresden. The Gender Equality Commissioner of the IHI Zittau is involved in all important processes with voting rights in the Scientific Council.
