Denksalon celebrates the 10th anniversary of the IZS in Görlitz

The traditional DENKSALON, which brings together urban and regional planners, architects, scientists, politicians and an interested public every year at the Silesian Museum in Görlitz, marked the 10th anniversary of the Interdisciplinary Center for Transformative Urban Redevelopment, which is jointly supported by the Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development (IOER) and the International Institute (IHI) Zittau of TU Dresden under Professor Robert Knippschild.

In 2014, the IZS took over the event, which was originally organized by the Faculty of Architecture of the TUD, as well as the supporting Chair on site in Görlitz; since then, the IHI Zittau has been a co-sponsor and co-organizer.
