Depending on the elective chosen, it also includes topics on sustainable resource and service management, social and environmental reporting, social theory, intercultural communication, and in-depth empirical methodology.
It is divided into twelve compulsory modules and six compulsory elective modules, which allow students to choose their focus.

Job perspectives
Possible career paths undoubtedly depend on academic background and chosen focus. Depending on these factors, a variety of careers can be taken in different industries. For example, individuals with a business or finance background may qualify to work in management consulting or in the ESG division of banks or funds, while those with an environmental focus may pursue a career in sustainability consulting.
Compliance departments, particularly in multinational companies, offer additional opportunities for individuals with expertise in areas such as law, ethics, or regulation. Similarly, forensic departments, particularly at accounting firms, may be of interest to individuals with a background in accounting or related fields.
CSR management and reporting are also of growing interest to individuals with knowledge and skills in areas such as environmental and social sustainability, ethics, and stakeholder engagement.
Other possible career fields include organizational and human resource development, human resource management, corporate communications (both internal and external), stakeholder engagement (including stakeholder dialogue), global procurement (through global sourcing), certification of environmental and social standards (through auditing), involvement in NGOs, consulting and advisory services.
