Application for a Master programme at IHI Zittau

Requirements for entrance and admission

Depending on the desired Master degree, you need a corresponding first, relevant university degree and, some cases, specific language qualifications.

APS certifcate: Applicants from China, Vietnam and India need an APS certificate.

Application deadline

Applications for enrolment have to be made within certain  time limits. Different regulations apply for German / international applicants and levels of knowledge (for example, wether a language test needs to be taken before the course).

The relevant study regulations contain information on compusory first university degrees or foreign language certifcates, needed to continue further studies. It furthermore provides information on deadlines for you and your course. Courses are listed here or in the  Study Information System (SINS)

Application portal

Please apply via the online portal of the TU Dresden. (There is no application via uni-assist for international students in the master's degree courses at IHI Zittau.)

You will have fill out the online application. At the end, an application form will be generated automatically. This has to be printed it out and signed by hand (scanned or copied signatures will not be accepted). Then you have to send the application with the required documents (listed at the end of the application form) completely and as early as possible (to have more time to apply for visa) by post/mail directly to us: TU Dresden-IHI Zittau, Studierendenverwaltung, Markt 23, 02763 Zittau, Germany. The inbox counts.

If you want to apply as a Nebenhörer:in (secondary listener), the processes and deadlines are as described above. In addition, the application must be submitted to the secondary audience.
