Postdocs and postdoctoral researchers at TU Dresden and all
DRESDEN-concept institutions can apply now.

Where will my next career step take me? How do I prepare myself for the challenges in research, teaching and management? Can I lead a team? How do I negotiate for my next job? Which social media platform is suitable for making my research visible? The 12-month qualification and networking program, which starts in April 2025, addresses these and many other questions.

TU Dresden has developed the Postdoc Career Program for female scientists with the support of the Federal and State governments of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.

The 12-month qualification and networking program in English accompanies the participants across disciplines, especially in the acquisition of interdisciplinary skills through a variety of needs-oriented workshops, keynote speeches, networking meetings, coaching and advice.

Applications are welcome until February 20, 2025.
