Charlotte Bühler was the first woman to habilitate in the field of child and adolescent psychology at the Technische Hochschule Dresden in 1920. In this role, she is a role model for all female scientists. Learn more

In the Charlotte Bühler Program , we will start a new cycle for the target group of female postdocs and habilitation candidates in 2025. With this program specially developed for this qualification phase, all female scientists at TU Dresden and all DRESDEN-concept institutions are invited to apply and actively advance their postdoc career.

• Can I lead a team?
• How do I negotiate my next job? Which social media platform is suitable for my research?

The 12-month qualification and networking program, which starts in April 2025, addresses these and many other questions. All female scientists in the postdoc phase can apply.

It supports female scientists across disciplines, particularly in acquiring interdisciplinary skills through a variety of workshops, keynote speeches, networking meetings and coaching sessions. The opportunity for individual advice is also part of the program.
