Digital Learning and Teaching Fund: Call for Proposals Now Open!
The DLL Fund is awarding four grants of 15,000 euros each for the 2026/2027 funding period. Faculty members at TU Dresden who are responsible for teaching a course are eligible to apply. This also includes student tutors. The Faculty of Medicine is excluded from funding.
Funding is provided for the development of (partially) digital learning and teaching scenarios that stand out in their respective contexts through innovative ideas and are based on a clearly defined challenge. Further details on the objectives can be found on the ZiLL website:https://www.tu-dresden.de/zill/foerdermoeglichkeiten/fondsdll/ausschreibung-2026-2027
As was the case last year, concept outlines for eligible digital teaching and learning scenarios can be submitted until July 31, 2026. Once again, a random drawing will determine which ten ideas will be selected to be presented to a jury in a 15-minute pitch during the second half of August.

The funding period begins at the start of the 2026 winter semester; we aim to extend the period through the end of the 2027 summer semester. Shorter funding periods with flexible start dates are, of course, also possible.
In addition to financial support, the Center for Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching (ZiLL) also offers all instructors (continous) pedagogical advising and networking opportunities.
