Would you like to create VR scenarios for teaching and learning contexts and are looking for a simple, structured introduction to the topic? At the next meeting of the XR-Community Dresden, you will be introduced to the new OER self-study course "Creating VR scenarios based on 360-degree videos yourself", which will be available to newcomers from various subject areas to help them take their first steps in the future. The self-learning course is based on the findings of the joint project D2C2. Interested parties from all over Saxony are cordially invited to attend the meeting.

Following the introduction to the self-study course, the development of a VR application will be presented using a concrete example. A student teacher from the TUD will present a virtual excursion to the Amazon rainforest, which she developed with Unity as part of her state examination thesis. Trying it out on site is expressly encouraged.
