Prof. Dr.-Ing. Juliana Panchenko is the new Head of the Institute of Electronic Packaging Technology

As of 1.11.2025, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Juliana Panchenko is the new Head of the Institute of Electronic Packaging Technology and holder of the Chair of Electronics Packaging. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dr. h.c. mult. Karlheinz Bock, former director of the IAVT, will take up a senior professorship at the IAVT from October 1, 2025.
