The dean's office is situated in the Barkhausen-Building.

Our faculty consists of 29 chairs and one junior professorship at twelve institutes. Our institutes cover the entire field of electronics and information technology in teaching as well as in research. In the frame of their research projects, our institutes conduct both basic and applied research.
