Pulmonary Engineering Group, Clinic and Polyclinic for Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine, Carl Gustav Carus Faculty of Medicine

• Identification of recruitable areas in the thorax computed tomogram using deep neural networks
• Modeling of hyperventilated lung tissue and determination of lung volumes in the computed tomogram
• Comparative modeling of non-linear respiratory mechanics with regard to dependence on airway flow
