AWARDING OF THE PRIZES OF THE GISELA AND ERWIN SICK FOUNDATION 2024
SICK AG, founded by Dr. Erwin Sick, is a manufacturer of intelligent and innovative sensors in the fields of factory, logistics and process automation. To promote engineering and natural sciences at the TUD, the Gisela and Erwin Sick Foundation annually awards three prizes with a total value of 10,000 euros.
Yuan Sui is the winner of the Gisela and Erwin Sick Foundation's Young Talent Award. He is being honored for his diploma thesis entitled "High-fidelity transmission through multimode fibers using deep learning".
