Dr. Agnė Žukauskaitė
Research associate at the Chair of Coating Technologies for Electronics
Dr. Agnė Žukauskaitė is at the Institute of Solid State Electronics since 2022 as part of staff in the Chair for Coating technologies for Electronics, lead by Prof. Elizabeth von Hauff. She's also a project manager at Fraunhofer Institute for Electron Beam and Plasma Technology FEP. Her main research interests are in magnetron sputtering of thin films, specifically epitaxial nitride layers of functional materials, such as aluminum scandium nitride. Her work focuses on developing sputter processes for thin films: metals, nitrides, and oxides, understanding the growth mechanism and tailoring the sputter process to achieve wanted material properties.
