About
Professor Elizabeth von Hauff was appointed to the Chair of Coating Technologies for Electronics at the Institute for Solid State Electronics (IFE) on June 1st, 2021. She is also the new director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Electron Beam and Plasma Technology FEP in Dresden.
The skills she will contribute lie at the interface between physics, chemistry and biology and relate to basic research with a view to applications in the fields of biosensors and wearables. In addition, she wants to contribute and expand her extensive experience in the fields of operando characterization of layers and interfaces.
