Biography
Daniel Seifert received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering with major in Communications Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden in 2021. During his studies he spent two semesters abroad at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in Barcelona. After his graduation he worked as a software engineer at NI (National Instruments) where he supported the development of a 5G NR testbed and a research initiative on machine learning algorithms for future 6G communication systems. In June 2023 he joined the Chair of Information Theory and Machine Learning as a research associate and PhD student.
