We are happy to present the yearly report 2020/21 from the Chair of Nanoelectronics at the Institute of Semiconductors and Microsystems (IHM) at the TU Dresden.
In this yearly report 2020/21 you will find an overview over the recent activities at the Chair of Nanoelectronics. It contains a review of all ongoing projects, the technical equipments in our cleanroom/lab as well as lectures/education and publications.
