We as the doctoral researchers of the RTG participated in an online Writing Lab of the Graduate Academy of TU Dresden. During the three days that the Writing Lab took, we received valuable input on various aspects of writing scientific texts. In practical exercises, we were able to try out various techniques that support the writing process ourselves. In feedback exercises, we were able to practice formulating feedback on various aspects of other participants' texts, as well as soliciting feedback on our own text sections. On each of the three days, time slots were set aside for individual work on our own texts, so that what we had learned could be directly tested in our own writing process.
