On-Site Participation Information

• come to Holodeck (APB 2079) at 8:50am
• bring mask
• in case you have the choice go to hair dresser after workshop and not before

Remote Participation Information

• have a yard stick available
• ensure to have a headset and working microphone attached to your PC / Laptop. A Webcam would be great too (we will use whereby as video conferencing tool)

• you need a windows PC / Laptop with recent GPU

• ensure recent GPU drivers are installed
• ensure Visual Studio with support for C++ is installed
• install CGV framework according to installation page but switch to develop branch after cloning repository
• optional: download 3D models, unzip to some data path and drag data path onto CGV_DIR\define_data_dir.bat
• clone vr workshop repository https://github.com/sgumhold/ceti_vr

With VR Equipment

• install Steam VR
• install free demo The Lab from Steam
• optional: download files https://cloudstore.zih.tu-dresden.de/index.php/s/snSe4fFnKtxcBFG and install GoPro VR Player
