Exercises
Supervisor: David Groß
Time & Place: Online via BigBlueButton. Meetings on Thursday 1pm (4. DS) every release week.
Please enroll in the Opal course to participate in the exercises. There are in total five exercises comprised of theory and practical assignments. The assignments have to be completed individually by each student.
On the release date, an online meeting will be held to introduce the exercise. The supervisor will present the task and answer possible questions. Evaluation will be done by the supervisor in the days following the submission date. You will receive comments on your solution in Opal.
Students have have to hand in their solution until 23:59 (11:59 p.m.) at the submission date.
Theory submissions can be submitted in three ways:
(a) in physical form on A4 paper by 16:00 to chair staff - you can knock on any of our office doors or, if no one happens to be present, put them into the post box next to our secretary's office. Please make sure to write your name on your submission.
(b) In digital form as a PDF document via Email to your tutor by 23:59.
(c) In digital form as a PDF document included in your practical submission.
Practical submissions must be uploaded via Opal until 23:59.
Success criteria
The CG3 exercises are successfully completed if a score of at least 1 point per theory assignment AND 2 points per practical exercise AND a summed score of at least 50 % of the total score is reached. Total score is computed without bonus points. For each exercise, a maximum of 5 bonus points can be scored.
