Mechanical engineering student Julian Hagert qualifies for the SICK Solution Hackathon 2023

Julian Hagert studies Mechanical Engineering at the TU Dresden and is one of around 120 young talents from 22 countries taking part in the SICK Solution Hackathon. From October 24 to 26, the participants will compete in 30 "hack teams" to find creative technological solutions to everyday problems. To do so, participants can access industrial software and hardware from SICK and renowned industrial partners to realise their digital solution in one of five industrial task fields: Mobile applications and robotics, simplification and automation of everyday tasks, data visualisation, solutions for greater sustainability and resource savings, and safety applications for people and machines. The event will take place in Buchholz in the Schwarzwald near Freiburg.
