Recap Tour de Dresden 2025
From September 1 to 4, 115 TU Dresden students were once again able to take an exciting look behind the scenes at 16 Dresden-based industrial companies and one research institution during the fourth Tour de Dresden. Every year, the Tour de Dresden offers students the opportunity to gain practical insights into industry and make direct contact with potential employers. With a total of 349 excursion visits, the Tour de Dresden was a complete success and we are looking forward to the 5th Tour de Dresden next year from September 7 to 10, 2026.

Feedback from the participants
I really enjoyed gaining a practical insight into the world of work and the opportunities for a job after graduation.
I really enjoyed the tours overall, especially where the companies gave practical insights. But I would like to see more companies include practical examples or practical demonstrations, as this was very exciting and helpful.
Very well organized and really good chance to talk to the company.
Insights into companies that are not usually on the radar and possible career paths.
Uncomplicated registration was good, but the presentations and pitches at the beginning were also good to get another overview. The politeness of everyone was also very pleasant. The only thing I would have liked was to see if there was a company in the automotive industry. Otherwise, it was great.
I can't really think of any improvements. I thought it was very well organized and everything went well. Thanks again for these opportunities!
I particularly liked the organization of the company visits - everything was very well-prepared and structured. For future tours, I would like to visit larger companies such as Bosch, Siemens, VW or Fraunhofer. Thank you very much for the great tour!
