Conception of an industrial interference laser structuring technology platform for the functionalization of surfaces (InLaTec)
The main objective of the project is the development of a technology platform for laser structuring
of surfaces (industrial grade module). This module, based on the "Direct Laser Interference Patterning (DLIP)" method, represents one of the main identified technologies to address the main goals of the GRAVOmer network. The developed DLIP module will enable the further development of applications within the GRAVOmer partners and will be available to the industrial partners after the completion of the project.
Promoter: German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF)
Cooperation partners: LASERVORM GmbH (Coordinator), Fraunhofer-Center für Silizium-Photovoltaik CSP, Compact Laser Solutions GmbH
Running time: 12/2021 – 05/2024
This Project has received funding from German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), under the program WIR – GRAVOMER, project “03WIR2011C".
