10th World Congress on Particle Technology
Der World Congress on Particle Technology (WCPT) ist the most important international Conference on handling, processing and characterising particle systems. It has been taken place since 1986 every fourth year at changing locations all over the world. This year, more than 700 scientist of all continents met in Osaka/JP from 11th to 15th May, to report on their research, to enlarge their networks and learn about latest development on their domain.
The Research Group Mechanical Process Engineering participated on this year's World Congress, the tenth (WCPT10), with oral presentations by DI Lohse and Dr. Babick.
- F. Lohse, B. Wessely, F. Babick: Dustiness measurement of shear-sensitive powders. How can we ensure application-oriented dustiness values?
- F. Babick, J. Nolde (Grace Europe GmbH): Generation of sonotrode debris during probe sonication of suspensions.
- F. Babick, M. Hood (LUM GmbH), D. Lerche (LUM GmbH), M. Stintz: Comparability of sedimentation-based particle size analysis: Impact of measurement technique and operational parameters
