Around the cross-sectional topic "Further treatment of highly radioactive waste and reactor safety", the junior research group NAUTILUS is currently being established in the teaching and research area of reactor dynamics. The group develops corresponding experimental methods at AKR-2 and applies them to questions related to molten salt reactor (MSR) technology.
The junior research group NAUTILUS is funded by the project of the same name.
The head of the junior research group is Marco Viebach.
