Enzyme Technology

The lecture imparts basic knowledge about the enzyme biosynthesis und kinetics. In addition, the students will be shown the various possibilities of the isolation and reprocessing of enzymes. Beside applications of biocatalysts in industrial processes the enzyme immobilisation and methods for enzyme analytic will be teached as well.

Workload and audience

• 2 weekly lecture hours  in the winter semester (lecture and exersice)
• optinal for bioprocess engineers
