DEDIPAC - Final Symposium
The final DEDIPAC symposium (https://www.dedipac.eu/) took place on 12th – 13th October in Bonn. During three years of research more than 300 European researchers from different disciplines analyzed the determinants that influence healthy eating behavior and physical activity. The meeting was used to present and discuss the key findings of DEDIPAC. The Chair of Food Engineering, represented by Claudia Symmank, presented a study that gives an overview of the predictors of food choice, and trends and gaps in the food research landscape across disciplines.
