StuFoExpo 2026 - Audience Award

At this year's Student Research Exposition - StuFoExpo, an event organized by the Center for Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching (ZiLL) at TUD Dresden University of Technology, students from all faculties and departments had the opportunity to present their research results to a wide audience. As part of the Science Slam, the students from our Chair - Helen Lindemann, Antonia Kricke and Antonia Xenodochius - impressed the audience with their contribution "Pump'n'Sun - We are building a gluten-free bread". They presented their innovative research on gluten-free bread enriched with the by-product press cake and won the audience award in their category. Congratulations on this great achievement!
