REFA basic training 4.0 for students in March and September 2025

This seminar is held in German.

This seminar is specially designed for participants with prior knowledge of the topics covered in REFA Basic Training 4.0. It is shortened and builds on this prior knowledge. It therefore offers all participants the opportunity to obtain the REFA basic certificate within 12 seminar days.

Digitalization and Industry 4.0 are on everyone's lips. However, it is often overlooked that the effective implementation of these technical concepts requires optimal organizational processes. But this is precisely what is usually lacking. What's more, often the operational processes are not even transparent enough for optimization measures to be implemented in line with lean production. Here, the basis must first be created through systematic data collection and evaluation. Only then can bottlenecks, weak points and waste be identified and evaluated and the potential for improvement tapped using suitable methods.
