REFA basic training 4.0 for students in September 2026

This seminar is specially designed for participants with prior knowledge of the topics covered in REFA Basic Training 4.0. It is shortened and builds on this prior knowledge. It therefore offers all participants the opportunity to obtain the REFA basic certificate within 12 seminar days.

The new, completely revised REFA basic training imparts up-to-date knowledge on how work systems and processes through to entire production units and companies can be designed to be modern and competitive. All procedures are based on the professional collection and evaluation of work and process data, increasingly also in digitalized and networked systems. Suitable, established methods recognized by the social partners - often REFA standards - are not only presented in the REFA basic training, but also applied in practice. This is done in each seminar using a continuous example. Theory and practice as different channels of knowledge transfer demonstrably lead to a deeper understanding of the content.
