Summer University "The NEXT | The Young Global Leaders Camp" of the Technical University of Riga: five scholarships for ING students at TUD
TU Dresden is offering its students an extraordinary experience this summer: they can take part in the summer university "The NEXT | The Young Global Leaders Camp" at Riga University of Technology.
The summer school is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge that will be in high demand in the labor market in the near future. This program is especially valuable for those who are starting a business or aspiring to a leadership position in companies or government institutions.
The summer school focuses on two fundamental accents - developing the digital skills of young professionals and improving the soft skills of students. The deliberately planned summer school program is intended to prepare representatives of various industries in good time for possible future upheavals and innovations, so that when the time comes, they will become leaders who will be the first to respond to major changes in a timely and effective manner and turn challenges into advantages.
The organizers of the summer school "The NEXT | The Young Global Leaders Camp" have developed a program that focuses on potentially necessary knowledge that will be relevant in the near future. The topics of the summer school have been carefully selected by analyzing various studies and scientific articles.
The statements and convictions of various experts are clear: the digitalization of all industries and areas will not make the management of soft skills superfluous. In the coming decades, people will continue to work in teams in which they primarily interact and collaborate with other people.
