The team of the International Office supports scientists and TU Dresden members in building up and expanding international partnerships. The portfolio of international cooperation is quite diverse and follows different goals of TU Dresden becoming an internationally recognized University of Excellence. Therefore, support structures and services vary.

Due to the high number of cooperation and internationally active members of TU Dresden, it is often not easy to keep track of all activities of our university. Questions arise such as: Is there already an exchange program running with the prospective partner university? What faculties already collaborate? Are there any new funding opportunities for my cooperation? Our website Who are the partners of TUD? gives you a good overview of existing partnerships and certain programs. Although we continuously improve our information system, you might have questions that we would be happy to answer personally:

Funding and Funding Advice
At TU Dresden several funding programs for different target groups and activities are centrally administered. Our Webpage Funding Opportunities gives you a good overview of programs and respective funding advisors. New calls of DAAD as well as other funding bodies (such as DFG, AvH, and Erasmus) are published regularly on our NEWS homepage and are distributed directly to our schools (and faculties).
