Permanent Exhibition
In the permanent exhibition, the Office of Academic Heritage, Scientific, and Art Collections (OAH) shows a cross section of the scientific-technical collections of the university, as well as documents and objects relating to the university's history. Among the approximately 300 exhibits, one can find special highlights such as the Repsold Universal Instrument that was used in land surveying in Saxony, a Schubert gearbox model from the early years of the university, the first table calculation machine D4a, designed by NJ Lehmann, as well as documents from the estates of important university professors.
The permanent exhibition is accessible to the public by appointment.
