Sexual harrassment in higher education
International data show that sexual harassment is an everyday occurrence for many students. In contrast, the data available on the subject in Germany is very limited and data has so far only been collected at individual locations, but not nationwide. A research project at the University of Münster is therefore currently looking at the "Effects of sexual harassment at medical universities in Germany on the learning climate and stress levels of students". The project group is collecting data from students in a survey project from May 01-31 and asks for active participation so that the problem can be made more visible on the one hand, and relevant action strategies and prevention measures can be developed on the other. Further information can be found in the cover letter (in german) and the information sheet (in german). The survey can be found here from May 01-31.
