Training modules for students and employees of the TU Dresden

Various app-based training modules for health promotion of employees and students of the TU Dresden are offered and scientifically examined as part of the TUDo! study. Module topics include coping with stress, restful sleep, exercise, problem solving, social skills, promoting self-esteem and a balanced diet. All information about registration can be found on the website of the Chair of Clinical Psychology and E-Mental-Health.

We are pleased that you are interested in our study! We are recording the health situation of the students at the Technical University Dresden in this follow-up survey. We therefor cordially invite you to participate in the survey and would like to inform you advance about the course of the study, the handling of the research data and your right of withdrawal.

This study first takes stock of the health situation of employees at the TU Dresden. Tailor-made prevention and health promotion measures are planed based on the findings of the study.
